This page details all the printings of Stone Rain in Simplified Chinese that I am aware of, as well as information regarding where I got the ones I have managed to acquire.

Note the "no scan available" graphic doesn't mean I don't have the card, it just means I have not scanned it yet. This could be because the card is on order and has not yet arrived, or just general laziness on my part. :)

Simplified Chinese is distributed in Hong Kong and mainland China. Simplified Chinese language cards sometimes feature alternate art due to restrictions on what can be portrayed in China. Unfortunately, the art for Stone Rain has never violated these rules so there are no alternate art versions of it.
